Following the release of his new single “Breakfast Can Wait” last month, and the official music video for the song featuring 18-year-old Danielle Curiel as director and lead dancer in early October, PRINCE has now released a highly anticipated five song EP titled The Breakfast Experience. In addition to the original version of “Breakfast Can Wait,” the EP features four new remix versions titled “Grits‘N’Gravy,” “Espresso,” “Honey” and “Buttermilk”. PRINCE collaborated with producers JOSHUAWORLD and MiniHatz on the remix EP which spans club ready dance beats to slow jam instrumental grooves.

In conjunction with the EP release, exclusive behind-the-scenes footage from “Breakfast Can Wait” music video shoot has been debuted on Vevo. The behind-the-scenes footage provides unique insight into the creative process around the video and the collaboration that took place between Danielle and the varied cast of young dancers, choreographers and production talent. The “Breakfast Can Wait” video debuted on Vevo earlier this month to rave reviews, including highlights in Rollingstone, Time, Pitchfork, LA Times, Spin and NME.

Along with his new rock group 3RDEYEGIRL, the music icon recently hosted a Pajama Dance Party at his legendary Paisley Park recording studio in Chanhassen, Minnesota. A live HD video recording of the song “I Like It There” from the Paisley concert is available for purchase exclusively through 3RDEYEGIRL’s website.

PRINCE is currently in the studio recording new music with his 21-piece super group The New Power Generation and his rock band 3RDEYEGIRL, featuring guitarist Donna Grantis, bassist Ida Nielsen and drummer Hannah Ford. Although a release date for their debut album has yet to be confirmed, 3RDEYEGIRL has announced a tentative album title of Plectrum Electrum (expected in early 2014).
